Real Results. Natural Light. Honest Outcomes.

Every case shown represents healed pigment under real-world lighting conditions — not studio photography engineered to impress. What you see here is what scalp micropigmentation looks like when it's finished, settled, and lived in.

About the results shown below: The following cases were performed by Picasso Jeff — master SMP artist and the practitioner under whose advanced mentorship and certification program Sonoma County SMP was trained. These results represent the standard of work and outcome our clients can realistically expect.

"I trained under one of the best in the business. These results set the standard I hold myself to in every single session — every hairline, every scar, every client." — Jon Neong, Sonoma County SMP

All results shown are healed — not fresh sessions

Fresh SMP appears darker and more defined immediately after treatment. The results below were photographed after the full healing cycle — typically six to eight weeks after the final session. This is what the procedure looks like in real life, in real light, over time. Individual results vary based on skin tone, scalp condition, procedure history, and healing response.

What You're Actually Looking At

Understanding healed SMP results — what changes, what stays, and what to realistically expect.

01 — Fresh vs. Healed
The Shedding Phase

Every result shown here is photographed after the full healing cycle — six to eight weeks after the final session. Fresh SMP appears darker and more defined immediately after treatment. The shedding phase, where pigment lightens significantly in the first week, is normal, expected, and temporary. What you see here is what SMP looks like when it is genuinely finished.

02 — Lighting Conditions
Natural and Indoor Light

The cases shown were photographed under natural daylight and neutral indoor lighting — not studio setups engineered to minimize the appearance of work. SMP is designed to look natural in real life. These images represent what a client would see in a standard mirror, in a standard environment, on any given day.

03 — Your Result
Individual Variation

Every scalp is different. Skin tone, scalp condition, existing hair, prior procedure history, and individual healing response all affect the final outcome. The consultation process at Sonoma County SMP is built around an honest assessment of what SMP can realistically achieve for your specific situation — not a promise built on someone else's result.
