Every client. Every scalp. The same careful process.
There are no shortcuts here. The four steps below are the same for every client — because consistency in process is what produces consistency in results.
Private Consultation
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Before any procedure is discussed, we sit down — in person, by phone, or virtually — and talk through your scalp, your goals, your history, and your expectations. This is where we assess candidacy honestly, discuss realistic outcomes, and determine whether SMP is the right solution for your specific situation.
If it is, we build your personalized plan together. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too.
No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation.

Hairline & Density Planning
The design session. Your result takes shape here — before it ever touches your scalp.
Hairline placement, density distribution, pigment matching, and session planning all happen here. Every decision is made collaboratively — your input matters as much as technical expertise.
A hairline that works for your age, your face, and your life — not just for a photo. We do not rush this stage. Getting the design right before the first needle point is what separates a natural result from one that looks placed.
SMP Sessions
Most clients complete two to three sessions spaced ten to fourteen days apart.
Each session builds on the last — layering pigment impressions carefully to create natural depth and density. Sessions typically run two to four hours depending on coverage area. The process is methodical, not rushed.
Between sessions your scalp heals, settles, and reveals the true direction of the work. Patience between sessions is part of the process. The best results are never done in a single sitting.

Healing, Aftercare & Touch-Up
The final result is a partnership between the work done in the studio and how the scalp heals at home.
Aftercare instructions are provided at every session and followed up personally. The shedding phase — where pigment appears to lighten significantly in the first week — is normal, expected, and temporary.
Full healed results are typically visible at six to eight weeks after the final session. A touch-up assessment is scheduled after healing is complete. Some clients need minor refinement. Some don't. Either way, we check the work before considering it finished.
